How the WooCommerce integration works
A store administrator enters the WooCommerce store URL and reviews the requested read/write permissions inside WordPress. After authorization, ProveedorPro registers the connection and signed order webhooks without asking the merchant to copy API keys manually.
Source and publish products
Merchants can choose a catalog product or request a quote for a product they already sell, review images, descriptions, pricing, options, and variants, and then prepare the listing for WooCommerce. Review every variant and SKU before publishing; “blue” is not an inventory system when the factory offers three shades and two plug types.
Receive orders for fulfillment
When a customer places an order, WooCommerce can send the customer, delivery address, line items, quantities, selected variants, totals, and currency required for processing. ProveedorPro then coordinates sourcing and direct-to-customer fulfillment from China through supported private shipping lines.
Synchronize shipment tracking
When tracking becomes available, ProveedorPro updates the matching WooCommerce order with the shipment status, tracking number, carrier, and tracking link. A customer-visible order note can also carry the tracking details.
Merchant control and revocation
The connector adds an administration connection page and does not inject storefront badges, checkout fields, advertising, affiliate links, or remote executable code. A merchant can disconnect by revoking the ProveedorPro REST API key from WooCommerce.

Run a low-risk test order before increasing volume. Confirm the product variant, address data, order import, fulfillment status, tracking update, delivery expectations, and exception handling.
